The Knight Raiders Chess Team will sponsor a Quad Tournament, Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the English building on the Texas Tech Campus. This 3 Round RR USCF Rated Tournament is open to all players, a USCF membership is required.
On-site registration and check in will be at 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. There is an entry fee of $10 for Knight Raiders or K-12 Grades and $15 for all others. Tournament rounds will begin at 1:00 p.m., 2:45 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. The winner of each Quad will receive a $30 prize.
