If you drive a 15-passenger van for Texas Tech, Van Safety Training must be completed every year. Quality Service & Professional Development offers this state mandated course at no cost to you or your department!
The next Van Safety Training class is 8/24/2010 from 1:30PM - 4:00PM.
Participants will experience small group discussion, an informative video, and learning exercises. You will learn:
* Van Characteristics
* Van Inspection
* Safe Driving Skills
* Safe Transportation of Cargo
* Operator Conduct
* and much more!
Class prerequisite: Each driver must be placed on Texas Tech's approved drivers list. (See TTU OP 79.13 at http://www.depts.ttu.edu/opmanual/OP79.13.pdf)
