Please note,
If you are wanting to run for an officer position, please indicate which position you are running for and fill out the rest of the application. If you wish to run for more than one position please fill out separate forms for each position (only one form per position, multiple entries will be deleted); however, you will only be able to accept one position so choose carefully. In order to run for an officer position you need to be an official member (i.e. have paid your membership fees) before the vote, either at the beginning of the next meeting or by contacting one of the officers. No prior participation necessary, although highly encouraged.
