The psychology department is looking for people to participate in a study that examines factors involved in employment decision-making. Participation is completely voluntary and involves completing a 15-20 minute online survey. As compensation, you may choose to enter into a drawing to win one of four gift cards worth $25 to Target stores. The drawing will take place at the end of the data collection phase; we expect this time frame to be about 3 months from now. Any identifying information will NOT be linked to your responses. The odds of winning a gift card are approximately 1 in 30.Your efforts are greatly appreciated and could contribute to our knowledge about the hiring process.
