SBS is pleased to announce some recent improvements to our service. We have implemented an online option for making certain elections related to your attendance at Texas Tech. You will see the following changes next time you register for classes:
- Global Electronic Consent
This allows Texas Tech to provide your student financial information electronically. This option is not only good for the environment, but also allows you to receive important information more quickly while reducing costs to the University.
- Financial Responsibility Agreement
This agreement indicates that you are responsible for monitoring your student financial account and are responsible for any charges placed on your account.
You will not be allowed to register without accepting this agreement.
There is no website or link necessary to complete the online certification. You will receive a prompt to complete the consent questions when you elect to register.
Students who do not register online may still submit this form to SBS by downloading/printing it from their MyTech tab in Raiderlink. It will be available with the message on the right side of the MyTech tab which says: “Registration Change: Students registering online will now see an agreement option prior to being allowed to register. Only students who do not utilize online registration will need to provide a signed, paper copy of this agreement to SBS.”
