Osher Lifelong Learning Institute presents "Safe Computing Practices" April 26
With the rapid proliferation of Internet use and the increasing number of computers/electronic devices in our daily lives, it is challenging to protect ourselves from hackers, scammers, viruses, and from other online dangers. This class will cover the most common pitfalls and ways to avoid them, while reaping the benefits of technology. Instructor is Sam Segran, associate vice president and chief information officer for IT at Texas Tech University.
