Wine Pairings Dinner Series Tuesday April 17th
Our Dinners are presented in a Four Course option for $29.95 per person without pairings or $45.95 with alcohol pairings (which includes tax) OR our guests may dine A La Carte.
**An 18% Gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more (not reflected in price above.

Appetizer: Sweet potato skins with crispy Serrano Ham, Cotija Cheese, pickled Piquillo Peppers and Champagne bitter cream
Paired with : Riesling 

Soup: White chicken chili with cornmeal croutons, fresh Patty Pan squash and tomatillo broth
Paired with: Garnacha

Salad: Green goddess Caesar salad with green chiles, avocado, cilantro, lime zest and crisped Romaine
Paired with: Pinot Grigio

Entrees: "Ocean Pizzaiola" -Crispy, thin crust dough covered in a white cream clam bolognese, fresh crab meat, chopped shrimp, almond and spinach pesto, fresh cilantro and gooey Buffalo Mozzarella. 
Paired with: Moscato

"Knife and Fork" Bar Burger - Ground Sirloin burger with Pepper Jelly spread, Malbec and brown sugar caramelized onions, melted Double Cream Brie, flash fried Anaheim Peppers served on a croissant bun with Parmesan truffle fries.
Paired with: Malbec

Desserts: Sangria Sorbet - Delicious sangria and mixed berries folded with whipped meringue and frozen to perfection
Paired with: House Sangria

Frangelico Hazelnut Sticky Buns - Frangelico soaked pecans rolled in sticky cinnamon dough and served hot and gooey!
Paired with: French kina Lillet
