TRY LAUGHTER YOGA!
Laughter offers a number of benefits including improved mood, reduced stress, and strengthened immune system. Laughter yoga also gives us strength to have a positive attitude even when things get rough. Best of all, its really fun! The TTU Student Counseling Center and the TTU Student Rec Center are pleased to offer an introductory laughter yoga class on May 3rd from 3:30 to 4:30pm in Room 116 of the Rec Center.
