The choirs and orchestra join forces with the Lubbock Chorale to present Rimsky-Korsakov’s Russian Easter (Overture) and Mozart’s Requiem (Robert Levin version) for this annual music scholarship fundraiser. More than 200 voices, along with the 80-piece Texas Tech Orchestra, will perform. Ensembles include the Texas Tech orchestra, University Choir, Women's Chorale, Matador Singers, University Singers, and The Lubbock Chorale. Andrew George, and Richard Bjella will conduct in the concert. 'MOZART'S JUST DESSERTS' follow this monumental concert with a sampling of the finest chocolates from Lubbock and chamber music from our students.
