Friday, May 4th
9 a.m. – Begin Check-in/ Set-up Time
TBA – Optional Steak Cook-off (Bring your steaks, no additional entry fee, must turn in two steaks)
Saturday, May 5th
9 a.m. – Head Cooks Meeting (at the hospitality tent)
Noon – Chicken
1 p.m. – Ribs
2 p.m. – Brisket
*Awards announced by 5 p.m.
