In order to ensure the most stable system and maintain the ability to provide licenses for multiple versions of ArcGIS, the Texas Tech University ArcGIS management team will be upgrading the ArcGIS license server during our regular maintenance window on 7/27/2012 from 4am to 8am. During this time, ARCGIS services will not be available. We will work diligently to restore the service no later than 8am, but will likely have the upgrade completed sooner.
