Stay at Home Dads and Stay at Home Moms Needed for Advertising Study

Stay at home dads and stay at home moms ages 18 and older are needed for participation in a 15 minute online research study. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of advertisements targeting stay at home parents. If interested, stay at home parents will be asked to participate in a study in which they would view a print advertisement and complete a short survey. Once participants have completed the study, their emails will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of four $25 gift cards to a retailer of your choice (Amazon.com, iTunes, Walmart, Starbucks) (approximate odds of winning 1 in 35). Research participation is completely voluntary and confidential. This research is being conducted by Dr. Autumn Shafer, assistant professor in Media and Communication, and Mary Liz Brooks, graduate student in the College of Media and Communication. This study is approved by the Human Research Protection Program of Texas Tech University.
