This is a special invitation to frequent fliers to complete a survey questionnaire. It is an academic endeavor that requires very little effort. It is anticipated that the final results will be presented at conferences or in academic journals for public consumption. Anyone who is 18 years or older can participate. The survey is approved by the university human subject committee and the approved IRB certificate will be made available on request. The link to the survey is provided below:
