You may be able to participate in this study if you:
1. are between 18-25 years old
2. consider yourself to be a "social drinker"
3. have engaged in sexual activities
A brief online survey will be used to determine if you are able to join the study. Even if you are not able to join the study, you will be entered into a drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card, simply for completing the brief eligibility survey. The odds of your name being chosen for the drawing will depend on the number of interested persons.
Should you qualify, you will complete three parts of the study:
1. First, you will be asked to complete a 2.5-hour lab session in which you will be asked about your personality, mood, typical drinking behaviors, and sexual history. You will also complete a series of tasks on a computer.
2. Second, you will be asked to complete daily online surveys for a 10-day period. These surveys will ask about your daily drinking and sexual activities.
3. Third, we ask you to return for a final 1.5-hour lab session in which you will be asked about your experiences in the daily survey phase. You will also be asked to complete some additional surveys and computer tasks.
To thank you for your time, you will receive up to $75 for being in the full study.
