First Generation College (FGC) students are those students whose parent(s) have not yet attained a four-year college degree. We realize it may be a difficult transition from high school to Texas Tech as an FGC student; therefore, the Pioneers in Education: Generations Achieving Scholarship and Unprecedented Success (PEGASUS) Program have developed a series of discussions specially catered to your needs. Throughout the months of August and September you will have the opportunity to attend “Conversations with the Next Generation” in which FGC students and staff will share their experiences and personal stories.
