Participants will attend a 10 hours training in wine sensory analysis to be able to evaluate a series of wines made from grapes grown in the Texas High Plains area. They will then be judges in 2 series of wine sensory analysis, 10 hours each.
The total study will take 30 hours, divided in 1 hour sessions, 3 times a week during 10 weeks.
No financial compensation will be granted. Participation is on a voluntary basis, with benefits on wine tasting interests.
