ELECTRONIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EPM) TRAINING

The electronic Performance Management (ePM) system is Texas Tech’s automated performance information management system for all staff employees.  ePM provides a one-stop shop for creating automated performance management documents, including position descriptions, employee self-assessments, and performance evaluations.

As of September 1, PDF versions of position descriptions or evaluations will no longer be accepted. All departments must use ePM to create, update and maintain these documents. All managers and supervisors are strongly encouraged to seek training by October 1 in order to build position descriptions into the system and utilize ePM throughout this academic year.  Between now and the next evaluation cycle, staff will utilize ePM for 6-month evaluations for new employees, position description updates, position re-classifications or creating position descriptions for new hires.    Log in to Sum Total to choose training dates and times and sign up for a class today at http://www.depts.ttu.edu/hr/empCurrent/.
