The purpose of the group is to bring together members of the Texas Tech faculty and staff interested in discussing important works dealing with constitutionalism and classically liberal conceptions of social order. The initial book to be discussed is Thomas Sowell’s A Conflict of Visions: Ideological Origins of Political Struggles, Basic Books, Revised Edition (2007).
