The Diagnosis of Alcohol Use Disorder: Past, Present, and Possible Futures
The Fourth Annual Skelton Lecture Series invites you to attend a colloquium featuring renowned health psychologist Dr. Kenneth J. Sher.

Dr. Kenneth Sher is the Curator's Professor of Psychological Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is the recipient of numerous professional awards and has been a principle investigator on over 15 federally funded projects. Dr. Sher has authored or co-authored over 250 scholarly publications on topics including: the etiological processes in alcohol use disorders, individual differences in the acute effects of alcohol consumption, short and long-term consequences of excessive alcohol involvement, and the co-morbidity between alcohol use disorders and other psychological disorders.
