Ad Astra Schedule Upgrade Complete - Notice of Known Issue
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Ad Astra Schedule has been upgraded to version 7.5.12 and is now back online. You may notice some cosmetic changes in the system, particularly for the Scheduling Calendar – now called the Scheduling Grid. Please feel free to review the updated FAQs on our Event Scheduling page and on our Academic Support page for more information, and for detailed instructions on common processes.

During the upgrade, we have noticed an error that can potentially impact those submitting an event request. Details on how to alleviate this potential issue are outlined below.

Known issue:

Some users have encountered errors when selecting their name from the pull-down menu in the event request form.

If such an error is received while attempting to save an event, the error can be alleviated by performing the following steps:
1, Select User, Unknown from the pull-down menu
2. Click the blank space to the right of the pull-down menu
3. Select your name from the list
4. After verifying the other fields in the request form, click Submit at the top right of the page to submit the event request

Other issues in the system may be alleviated by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

The following browsers are currently supported:
Mozilla Firefox 2.0+ (recommended)
Internet Explorer 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 (compatibility mode recommended)
Safari 6.0+
Google Chrome (portal and calendar access for guest users
