SACNAS is a national organization dedicated to the advancement of all students in science-related careers. The TTU SACNAS chapter provides you with the opportunity to interact with mentors and other students who can help you in your academic pursuits—such as your science courses—and in your research goals. SACNAS can not only help you find a research lab that fits your interests; we also provide students with the opportunity to present their research on a national scale every year! We look forward to having you become a part of the TTU SACNAS community and joining us in our monthly social and volunteer activities!
We offer members with a database of available research opportunities on campus in order to jump start your research experience. We will also help you approach a mentor, register and present at conferences, and offer feedback for resumes, presentation etiquette, and networking.
