Spring Break is just around the corner! If you are wanting to tone up and shed some weight, RaiderX2 classes are here to help! This years strength and conditioning classes are designed to get you to where you want to be! This semester we have two class options: Intro to Triathlon on Tuesdays& Fridays from 6:15am-7:30am, & Olympic Weightlifting on Mondays& Wednesdays from 6:45pm-7:45pm. Online registration is available at http://www.register.recsports.ttu.edu or in the Fit/Well! Prices vary for class options. The class prices are good for a 6 week session beginning January 26th and ending March 8th. Classes have already begun, but it's never to late to join in, your body will thank you later!
