As part of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Texas Tech Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library (SWC/SCL) and Texas Tech University Press will host a reception and book signing from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. Oct. 5 in the SWC/SCL Formby Room for “A Kineño’s Journey: On Family, Learning and Public Service” by Lauro F.
