Update Your Contact Information For Summer Enrollment
Summer Enrollment is the one time a year employees are allowed to make changes to benefit selections without a qualifying event.  Summer Enrollment will be July 2 - July 22.

The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) will be mailing out summer enrollment information to all employee's current addresses on file.  If you need to update your address, you may do so by logging in to the ERS website.

1. Click on the "Access My Account" button at the top of the page
2. Enter username and password (or register for an online account)
3. Click the appropriate link under "My Personal Information"
4. Follow the steps to make changes

If you are unable to make the changes online, you may contact the Employee Services Center at hrs.employee.services@ttu.edu or 806-742-3851.

In order to receive your summer enrollment packet, your address needs to be updated prior to May 31st.
