The West Texas Assessment Conference Committee will host its 6th annual conference on October 10, 2017. This year's conference will be here at TTU. The goal of the conference is to bring together higher education professionals across Texas and the surrounding states to share ideas and information about accreditation and assessment. Co-hosts for this year's event are Texas Tech University and Angelo State University.
Conference tracks include: Student Learning Assessment, Accreditation, Planning, Assessment of Non-Institutional Areas, and Institutional. Effectiveness--as well as Special Interest Topics such as technology and core curriculum.
WTAC is accepting conference proposals now through June 1st. The committee encourages TTU faculty/staff to consider submitting a proposal; we hope to highlight TTU's best assessment practices.
