The TTU IT Division announces the reopening of the ATLC computer lab, as well as the opening of an additional Walk-up Services location in the basement of the Student Union Building (Room 10). In addition to a campus computing facility, the newly renovated location provides the Texas Tech community convenient access to computing support services such as the following:
- How to remove viruses and spyware from your computer
- Install software updates and troubleshoot computer performance issues
- Setup TTUnet wireless, VPN, and other TTU resources on your computing devices
- Install TTU site-licensed software with the exception of operating systems
- TechMail setup for desktop, laptop, smartphone and tablet
- Cybersecurity best practices
- eRaider account assistance
- Obtain recommendations for further assistance
