Blackboard Managed Hosting Services has announced that starting on Saturday, November 18th at 11:00 pm and ending on Sunday, November 19th at 5:00 am, critical maintenance will be performed at their Virginia datacenter. The maintenance is necessary to address a production issue and will impact TTU and TTU K12 services. Blackboard services will be unavailable for the duration of this maintenance window.
TTU IT Division staff will announce service restoration once the maintenance is complete. Should you experience any issues outside of this maintenance window, please contact IT Help Central at (806) 742-4357(HELP) or ithelpcentral@ttu.edu.
