Adobe has notified TTU that some customers using their products may receive an expiration notice or experience inoperable Adobe software. Adobe has provided TTU a remedy for the problem. If you experience an Adobe license expiration message, or one of your Adobe products becomes inoperable, follow the instructions provided below to correct the problem:
1. Visit eRaider Software Download at https://eraider.ttu.edu, and download the “Adobe Serialization” file.
2. Once downloaded, run the file called “RemoveVolumeSerial” and then run the file called “AdobeSerialization.”
