Educational Partnership Agreement (EPA) with Texas Tech University

ABSTRACT:
The Radar Division of NRL has formed an Educational Partnership Agreement (EPA) with Texas Tech University. This will enable joint research projects and creates a general non-disclosure agreement that can be used to develop joint proposals. This presentation outlines the agreement and some of the research done at NRL and the NRL Radar Division.
BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Tahmoush is head of the Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) Section in the Radar Analysis Branch of the Radar Division of the Naval Research Lab. He has published multiple journal papers on micro-Doppler, and co-authored a book on applications of micro-Doppler in 2014. He has degrees from MIT, Caltech, and the University of Maryland in physics, electrical engineering, and computer science. He organized the Tri-Service Workshop on Dismount Detection and Classification for several years as well as the SPIE joint session on micro-Doppler.
