Annual property inventory certifications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. June 30, 2018.
Certification reminder emails will begin April 1st and will be sent to all department Property Custodians and Delegates. Email notifications will continue to be sent until the department inventory certifications have been completed.
If you are a new Property Custodian/Delegate or just need a refresher, the Property Inventory Online Training Module is available in SumTotal. In the training you will learn how to navigate the online system, transfer inventory, update locations, and how to submit and certify inventory.
