Requirements:
Student assistants must be enrolled as a full-time student in long semesters and available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week (up to 20 hours per week). Student assistants must maintain a 3.0 GPA to remain employed as a student assistant. Some lifting of boxes will be required. Preferred start date for applicant is June 13, 2018, with room for negotiation.

• Highly sociable, cheerful and positive/pleasant disposition
• Can handle customer relations professionally
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written), ability to interact with all levels of authority
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong comprehension and active listening skills, willing to ask questions for clarification
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, conscientious, attention to detail
Remuneration:
Student assistant positions are semester appointments with a minimum salary of $8.00 per hour (up to 20 hours per week). Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan.
