TeMPO Program application deadline extended

The Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Center and the Teaching Academy are pleased to announce that the Teacher Mentoring through Peer Observation (TeMPO) Program is now accepting applications for Fall 2018.

The purpose of the TeMPO Program is to facilitate interdisciplinary relationships among faculty to discuss teaching and create a culture that will help foster the participation of all departments in more consistent and high-quality peer observation and review. Fellows will work in small groups to observe each other in the classroom and reflect on their teaching, and attend 3 meetings with the entire cohort to discuss their experiences over the course of the semester. The program lasts only for the Fall semester, and Fellows will receive a $500 stipend for their participation. For more detailed information about TeMPO and testimonials from past participants, please visit the TeMPO website at http://ww.depts.ttu.edu/tlpdc/Faculty-Instructors/TeMPO/index.php.

Applications are due to Dr. Allison Boye (allison.p.boye@ttu.edu) by Friday, June 29th, 2018. Any questions about this program may be directed to Dr. Shane Blum (shane.blum@ttu.edu) or Dr. Allison Boye (allison.p.boye@ttu.ed).
