There is still time to register to attend one of the upcoming New Faculty Research Orientation sessions for Friday, September 28th. Two sessions will be presented for your convenience – 9am-12pm OR 1pm – 4pm. Both sessions will be held in Room 120 of the Experimental Sciences Building. The session will be very helpful for faculty who plan to write proposes to external sources for funding projects for research, instruction or community service. Subject matter experts will address proposal development and processing, internal and external funding opportunities, review institutional policies and procedures affecting research at Texas Tech and also review various topics that would be subject to compliance review (such as human or animal subjects).
