The purpose of this study is to understand the associations between body composition and perceptions on health and exercise.
What you have to do?
1. Screening questionnaire
2. One study visit ~ 45 minutes
- in a morning, after overnight fasting
- Final screening - Height, weight, blood pressure, body fat%
If you are eligible
i.. Fill a questionnaire
ii. Measurements - grip strength, waist, hip, mid-calf circumferences
Benefits
· Eligible participants will receive $10 following the measurements
· Get to know your weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat% and blood pressure
Who may be eligible?
· 18-65 years
· Normal weight
· Not pregnant, without any physical limitation and/ disease preventing you from being physically active, without 'physician diagnosed diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high blood lipids, cancer, chronic infections such as HIV or tuberculosis, liver and kidney disease, not on medication for the diseases mentioned here or do not have an implanted medical device/ prosthetic limb
