Lubbock Goes Wilde - A Presentation through the TCVPA Dean's Research Grant
This is a courteous invitation for you to attend the presentation on my recent work that was made possible through the generous Dean’s Graduate Research Grant.

WHATLubbock Goes Wilde: Recording Canterville plays an essential part in my thesis project: Producing Canterville. By working with filmographer Simon Parmley, I am creating two separate materials. First a documentary-style 10-minute informational video on Canterville that includes backstage footage and interviews with the creators. Second, recording the entire run ofCanterville and making it available online for the audience (both those who could and couldn't make it to the performance), the company (as proof of their incredible work) and potential incoming students to see. As an arts administrator, I find it incredibly important to record and document our work. In an art form where being present and live is essential, we forget to track our work and move on to the next project without tangible materials to refer back onto. This project aims to mend this gap for Canterville, a theatre spectacle running April 29-June 5 2019 at Texas Tech University.
WHEN: 6.5.19, Wednesday, 10am
WHERE: Texas Tech University Library, TLPDC #137

Please join me for the presentation and discussion afterwards.
