In early March, the Chronicle of Higher Education sent its annual The Great Colleges to Work For 2020 Faculty/Staff Survey to 600 randomly-selected individuals across campus.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you received the survey, but have not yet completed it, please do so by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 8. If you have questions concerning the survey, please contact hr.systems@ttu.edu or Modern Think at surveys@modernthink.net.
The feedback you provide will assist us in measuring the strength of certain organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence our institutional culture. While those characteristics are important to the outcome of the survey, so is our participation.
