Cybersecurity attacks on institutions of higher education have continued to intensify and now increasingly leverage previously compromised TTU accounts to attempt to compromise other TTU accounts through internal email phishing schemes. To limit the scope of this activity and protect TTU accounts and institutional data from cybercriminals, TTU accounts exhibiting unusual or suspicious email activity will be automatically restricted from sending further email pending security review for possible compromise.
