As announced earlier this semester, IT staff worked with our vendor partners, faculty, and students to troubleshoot WiFi connectivity issues on campus, particularly in classrooms. After much research and analysis, our network engineers made some configuration changes which resulted in major improvements. Additionally, some of the network devices we ordered over the past couple of years are beginning to arrive, increasing our ability to enhance WiFi coverage. We are continuing to work with a few areas to further troubleshoot some isolated connectivity issues.
