The National Lights On After School Celebration is a new community event hosted by the Whitacre College of Engineering Outreach Program, where those of all ages are invited to participate in an assortment of STEM/engineering-related activities provided by the University!

Things to keep in mind regarding your activity/booth:
- Check-In for student organizations and individuals will be at 4:45 PM.
- Student organizations can provide two tables. One table can be for the activity while the other can be a display table to show attendees what they are working on.
- There can be two representatives per table.
- Food will be provided.
- The event will be open to students of all ages.
- You will want to design an activity that is short and easy to accomplish.
- Try to make the activity engineering related.
- Try to make the activity related to your organization/profession.
- Parents and students will most likely only spend a few minutes at your table.
- You are welcome to bring a tablecloth, but it is not required.
- You can hand out marketing materials/gifts, but cannot sell anything.
- We CANNOT guarantee power/electricity will be provided for your table. If you require specific accommodations for your activity to work, let us know ASAP. (bring an extension cord just in case)
- We want to keep the activities unique so please be specific in your activity description.
- If an activity is submitted that seems like a duplicate of another already submitted activity, you may be asked to change it.
