The Tim Cole Memorial Scholarship will be presented to the law school on Wednesday, Dec.2, 2009 in the Forum. Members of Tim's family will be here to honor this young man who died in prison on Dec. 2, 1999 for a crime he did not commit. Tim Cole was the first person to be posthumously exonerated through the work of the Texas Innocence Project and Texas Tech law school students. All are encouraged to attend the presentation and reception.
