Celebrate Recovery!

The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) reports that as many as 10 million females and 1 million males in the United States struggle with an eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia, making this a problem that we all need to acknowledge. Come and share in a story of recovery from an eating disorder and lend your support to body acceptance.

Celebration of Recovery is being advertised through Feed Your Body and Soul Week, a series of events aimed at raising awareness of eating disorders, body image, and soulful living. The Week is sponsored by the TTU Student Counseling Center, Rec Sports, Student Health Services, the Center for Campus Life, the Center for Prevention and Resiliency, and the Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery.

For more information about Feed Your Body and Soul Week please contact Dr. Klint Hobbs or Geetanjali Sharma at (806) 742-3674.
