The TTU Dance Company learns and performs faculty and guest artist repertory in a variety of styles. The audition will consist of learning and performing contemporary jazz, ballet (flat or pointe), and improvisational modern combinations. Appropriate dance attire is required. Students will be selected for membership in the Dance Company based on their technical skill and performance capabilities. Membership is also dependent on the following: a cumulative GPA of 2.0; residency at TTU for either the entire 2012-2013 academic year OR the single Fall 2012 term; enrollment in at least nine credit hours (undergraduate students) or six credit hours (graduate students) for the Fall 2012 semester. Membership in the Dance Company is open to both graduate and undergraduate students and is not restricted to declared Dance majors or minors. The audition will be held in the Dance Studio.
