PoemJazz is a conversation between the sounds of poetry and music featuring one of the great American poets and the only three-time U.S. Poet Laureate, Robert Pinsky, accompanied by Grammy-winning jazz pianist Laurence Hobgood. In their spellbinding performance, Pinsky’s dramatic reading and Hobgood’s inventive playing resonate and create a musical tour-de-force unique in the performing arts.
There will be an opportunity to meet Pinsky and Hobgood at a book signing immediately following the performance.
