The Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management (RHIM) Dinner Series program is a way for RHIM students to be able to showcase what they have learned throughout their schooling and for them to get a very hands on experience of what it would be like to be the manager and run their own restaurant. This particular four course meal is inspired after college favorites with a gourmet twist. The theme is College Classics with a vintage feel. This unique concept is the only one that is available in the Lubbock area and is a one of a kind experience. All of the servers, hosts, bartenders, and cooks are all Texas Tech RHIM students who are enrolled in the class to gain practical skills. Also, all of the food is made in house, so it is guaranteed fresh and of the best quality.
Skyviews is open to the public and local Lubbock residents are extremely welcomed to come. Reservations are not required, we do take walk ins, but they are highly recommended. To make a reservation you can either call:
