The study hopes to gain a University-wide perspective upon faculty perceptions of the publication of a book. The survey will ask you about your perceptions of a book publication as it might relate to promotion and tenure decisions.
Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. At any time, you may quit the survey by simply closing your browser window. You may choose to skip or not answer any or all questions on the survey as you see fit. No effort will be made to identify you by your responses or your participation, and access to individual answers will be limited to the primary investigators.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All questions are multiple-choice questions, and there is a section for you to type "Additional Comments" at the end of the survey. The survey was created using the Qualtrics software, and should be accessible via any major web browser (including Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer).
