The students in the RHIM program at Texas Tech get the opportunity to see what it's like to manage a restaurant. Each week for the dinner series there is a new creative theme that includes a 4 course meal, speciality cocktails, and an optional wine pairing.
This week's theme is: "Faux Fast Food" A fine dining interpretation of your favorite fast food items! And don't worry, we won't be serving reheated Big Macs.
