RAIDER X2 Strength and Conditioning!!!
Class registration for both Olympic Weightlifting and Intro to Triathlon have begun in the fit/well at the Rec! Both six week sessions begin the week of October 14th and end the week of November 24th, so register soon! Online registration is available at http://register.recsports.ttu.edu. 
Olympic Weightlifting will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:45pm to 7:45pm in the Raider Performance Room!
Intro to Triathlon will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:15am to 7:30am in Room 114! 

If you're a little confused about what each class has to offer; read below.
Olympic Weightlifting is a way to learn how to clean, jerk, and snatch your way to improving strength and power. This is designed for everyone from beginners to experiences lifters. 
Intro to Triathlon will allow you to learn the basics of preparing for a triathlon. The class usually has 2 activities; swim/bike/run in each class. Cycling will be done on the spin bikes located here at the Rec Center!
