Bio-Inspired Mechanics & Systems (BIOMS) Laboratory in Mechanical Engineering is looking for 1 Mechanical Engineering and 1 Computer Science (or Computer Engineering) undergraduate students to volunteer in Robotics research. The applicants should have following qualifications:
For Mechanical Engineering students
- Interest in robotics and robot design
- Good skills in building and assembling stuff
- Good knowledge on AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
- Willingness to learn and apply more about engineering
- Good teamwork skills
- GPA: 3.2 or higher
For Computer Science or Computer Engineering students
- Interest in robot programming
- Basic (or moderate) circuits knowledge
- Good knowledge on Jave, C or similar languages
- Willingness to learn and apply more about engineering
- Good teamwork skills
- GPA: 3.2 or higher
