Clarification Regarding Microsoft Bookings and Student Advising
As a follow-up to the recent communication about Microsoft Personal Bookings, we want to clarify its intended use and reinforce expectations around student appointment scheduling.

Raider Success Hub (RSH) remains the only authorized tool for scheduling student appointments with student success staff.
 
While Microsoft Personal Bookings is a helpful tool for scheduling general appointments, it does not integrate with RSH, which means those appointments will not appear in a student’s record or be visible to their broader success team.

Using RSH ensures:
  • Students can find and connect with their academic success team in one centralized location.
  • Appointments are documented and accessible to all relevant support staff.
  • The university can maintain a comprehensive, 360-degree view of student engagement to drive proactive, personalized support.
