Welcome to the Community Medical School!
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is pleased to announce the 2011 fall semester of the Community Medical School (CMS).
At TTUHSC we are constantly broadening our understanding of the human body, its systems, and its remarkable ability to adapt to environmental changes. Through the Community Medical School, we invite you to share in our passion for discovery and learning. This semester, with our focus on medical innovation, we hope to leave you with a better understanding of the latest findings in the life sciences.
All courses will be taught by members of our distinguished faculty and are open to all community members, regardless of background or experience.
The semester kicks off on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 with a total of seven classes on consecutive Tuesday evenings.
TTUHSC Employees, Students and UMC Employees are exempt from the registration fees, however, registration is encouraged. To register: complete the online registration form at the CMS website http://www.ttuhsc.edu/communitymedicalschool/ or call (806) 743-2008.
